Working with shareholders and senior stakeholders of the
business (e.g., founder(s), directors, CEO, COO, CFO, CMO), we facilitate a 1-day workshop drives vision into business strategy.
The workshop takes a cross-sectional view of the business to
influence brand, product, sales, and growth strategies. This creates a playbook for success over the next 1 to 3 years.
Before the workshop
We request any
documentation on vision and previous strategic goals. We speak to
the shareholders (e.g., business owner), their advisors, and some of their
executive team (e.g., COO).
After the workshop
We capture decisions which are then driven into
documentation that communicates the business and its
strategy effectively. Depth is then driven into individual strategies further by the executive team with support.
This workshop is typically done once a year to create alignment, set a clear company strategy, and identify metrics for success over the business year.
